Reducing Pre-engineering Costs

Anheuser-Busch (AB) InBev turned to PayneCrest for their prowess in field engineering for a 150,000-square-foot expansion of its Metal Container Corp. bottle manufacturing facility. With incomplete engineering plans for 42 major pieces of machinery from a host of international vendors, PayneCrest completed and detailed out 80% of the drawings needed to assemble and integrate the manufacturing process. The expanded aluminum bottle production process includes aluminum uncoiling and cup punching, body making, washing, drying, painting, decorating and palletizing.
