Los Angeles Refinery Integration and Compliance (LARIC) Project

PayneCrest joined Andeavor (formerly The Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company) in a project to increase its Los Angeles Refinery plant efficiencies and to significantly reduce its greenhouse gas emissions to comply with state and federal regulations. The work included modifications, installation, testing and commissioning of Medium Voltage Electrical Equipment and low-voltage electrical equipment. The refinery operates on approximately 930 acres, making it the largest refinery on the West coast, producing at 380,000 barrels of clean fuel per day.
