We are honored to announce that PayneCrest Electric has been named one of the 2020 St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplaces. This accomplishment is a true testament to the culture, values, and daily efforts of our team members.

Inclusion in the Top Workplaces list is earned solely through employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.This year the Post Dispatch received

For 2020, 186 employers agreed to take the survey. Of the 186 employers they employ 45,120 people throughout the St. Louis region. Of those employees who received questionnaires, 28,748 responded, either on paper or online. The feedback gathered provided the basis for the Post Dispatch’s recognition of 140 employers in the greater St. Louis area that demonstrate superior organizational health.

Our employees are our greatest asset and truly make us who we are. With that being said we continue to focus on cultivating an environment that will allow our team to thrive. In the Energage survey, our team members described our culture as “innovative,” “fun,” and “collaborative.”
